Title: Bonds for School Computers

Vote to pass a bill that would authorize school districts to seek voter approval to issue bonds to fund the purchase of computer hardware.

Highlights:
-Requires that a school district that chooses to issue bonds in order to provide a computer for every pupil shall use a digital curriculum when a suitable digital curriculum is available (Sec. 2). -Allows school districts to seek voter approval to issue bonds for the purpose of purchasing computer hardware provided that the duration of the bonds is not longer than the useful life of the computer to be purchased (Sec. 5).
