Title: Bisphenol A (BPA) Ban

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the manufacture, distribution, or sale of any container intended to be filled with any liquid, food, or beverage to be consumed by children aged three years or younger that contains bisphenol A (BPA) at a level above 0.1 parts per billion until January 1, 2012, at which point the maximum concentration value is set at 0.5 parts per billion.
