Vote to pass a bill that increases the minimum single wager and changes how charities receive profits from games of chance.

Highlights:
- Raises the limit on single wagers from $2 to $5 (Sec. 1). - Imposes a 3 percent tax on all funds collected from the players, on games where chips have no monetary values (Sec. 2). - Imposes a 10 percent tax on funds collected by the game operator and not paid out as prizes to the players, in games where chips have monetary value (Sec 2). - Requires that payback in prizes not exceed 80 percent of the total amount collected from players for games of chance where chips have no monetary face value (Sec 3). - Requires an applicant to apply to the pari-mutuel commission and meet all of their requirements to receive a game operator license (Sec. 4). - Establishes three internal auditor positions and one supervisor position in the pari-mutuel commission (Sec. 6).
