Vote to pass a bill that increases the number of Minnesotans eligible for state-subsidized healthcare.
-Establishes affordability standards for premium costs based on gross family income, with the highest premium costing 10% of an individual's or household's gross family income for incomes that are equal to or less than 400 percent of the federal poverty rate (Art. 4 Sec. 11). -Restructures the payment system so that healthcare providers meeting specified targets or demonstrating significant improvement over time must be eligible for additional quality-based payments (Art. 4, Sec. 6). -Allows enrollees who fail to renew forms to remain eligible for an additional month beyond the current eligibility period before being disenrolled.
