-Requires retailers to reduce the price equal to any reduction in taxes prepaid by the distributor or paid by retail customers (Sec. 4). -Allows any municipality to elect to eliminate all taxes on gasoline and diesel motor fuel beginning on May 23, 2008 and ending after September 1, 2008 (Sec. 7).
