Vote to pass a bill that provides $280.1 million in state funds for projects including the construction of new education buildings and the development and maintenance of state infrastructure.

Highlights:
-Plans to provide for $675.25 million in funding to state college building projects (Sec. 107). -Authorizes $121.5 million of State Building Authority financing for state construction projects (Sec. 108). -Appropriates $183.19 million for the Department of Transportation (Sec. 106). -Appropriates $26.5 million to construct and maintain military facilities (Sec. 104). -Provides for a 1 percent increase in matching funds to institutes of higher education for building projects that score high on federal environmentally friendly building standards (Sec. 408).
