Vote to pass a bill that would allow the operation of video lottery games on a twenty four hour basis on weekends and federal and state holidays until June 30, 2009.

Highlights:
-Allocates 1.2 percent of the additional income of the Newport Grand gaming facility to the city of Newport (as opposed to the usual 1.1 percent). -Allocates 1.45 percent of the additional income of the Lincoln Park gaming facility to the city of Lincoln (as opposed to the usual 1.26 percent). -Maintains an allocation of 0.17 percent of the income of the Lincoln Park gaming facility to the Narragansett Indian Tribe. -Allocates up to 14.1 million of the additional revenue accrued by the state as aid to local education authorities.
