Vote to pass a bill that criminalizes the possession of an open container of alcohol within the passenger area of a motor vehicle while on a public highway.

Highlights:
-Exempts vehicles with hired drivers and the living quarters of recreational vehicles from this law (Sec. 1). -Sets a fine of $50 for passengers or drivers who violate this bill (Sec. 1).
