Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that requires sexual relations by minors to be reported as crimes in certain circumstances depending on the minor's age and the age of the other individual. The bill also makes individuals who falsely report child abuse or neglect liable in civil suits as well as criminally liable.

- Requires the Bureau of Vital Statistics of the State Board of Health, every county health officer, county medical examiner, county medical examiner investigator, coroner, and principal of a primary or secondary school to notify law enforcement if (Senate Amendment 1):

- a female 14 or 15 years old has conceived or given birth to a child conceived by a man who is at least 17 years of age, three or more years older than her, and not her husband
