Vote to adopt an amendment to SF 1298 that requires voters to present photo identification when voting beginning in 2010.

- Requires a voter to present one of the following valid forms of photo identification:
    - Minnesota driver's license - Minnesota voter identification card - Passport - Employee ID - Military ID - Tribal ID
- Requires each county in Minnesota to provide a location where applicants who do not have a valid Minnesota Drivers license or identification card can register for a voter identification card for no fee. - Allows a voter without acceptable identification to cast a provisional ballot.
