Vote to adopt an amendment to H 4550 that replaces the original text of the bill and expands the earned income tax credit to 10 percent for the 2008 taxable year, 12.5 percent for the 2009 taxable year, 15 percent for the 2010 taxable year, 17.5 percent for the 2011 taxable year, and 20 percent for every taxable year thereafter.
