Vote to pass a bill that extends vehicle emissions inspection requirements to include additional portions of Pinal County.
Highlights:
- Restricts emissions testing requirements to portions of Pinal County lying west of Range 11 East, excluding any portion of the county under the jurisdiction of any Indian tribe (Sec. 1). - Prohibits the Department of Environmental Quality from enforcing the provisions of this Act until vehicle emissions testing facilities are fully operational in each incorporated city or town with a population greater than ten thousand (Sec. 7).
