- Allows a judge to specify that a particular wiretapping order does not authorize out-of-state wiretapping of a person's cell phone [Section 1 (10)]. (Original text) - Allows a judge to issue a wiretapping order in cases in which: - The Attorney General has applied for the order, and; - probable cause is provided to believe that wiretapping will provide evidence of any crime 'dangerous to life, limb or property' that is punishable by a prison sentence of more than one year [Sec. 3].
