- Allows a judge to specify that a particular wiretapping order does not authorize out-of-state wiretapping of a person's cell phone [Section 1 (10)]. (Original text)
- Allows a judge to issue a wiretapping order in cases in which:
- The Attorney General has applied for the order, and;
