Title: HPV Immunization
Vote to pass a bill that requires information about human papillomavirus (HPV) and the availability of a vaccination against it to be given to the parents or guardians of female students entering 6th grade. The bill also requires parents or guardians to inform the state regarding whether or not they have decided to obtain an immunization for their student.
