- Authorizes the following forms of picture identification: Oklahoma drivers license; Oklahoma identification card; Indian tribe identification card; U. S. passport; debit or credit card; military identification; student identification; and public assistance identification [sec. 7-114 (A) (1-8)].
- Allows voters to sign a sworn affidavit affirming that they are on the precinct registry if they are unable to produce valid identification in order to be allowed to vote [sec. 7-114 (B) (1)].
- Makes false swearing or affirming under oath a felony [sec. 7-114 (B) (2)].
