Vote to pass a bill that requires Limited Liability Companies (LLC) to allocate the funds expended for campaign contributions based on the level of capital each member has invested in the LLC.

Highlights:

- Extends the existing campaign contribution disclosure requirements for candidate committees, political committees, issue committees, small donor committees, and political parties to that of contributions made by LLCs regardless of the dollar amount of the contribution. Such requirements include the disclosure of the names and addresses of each individual who made a contribution, expenditures made, and obligations entered into by the LLC (Sec. 2).
