Highlights:
- Authorizes the board of supervisors of any county to increase the salaries of its own members and that of the assessor, collector, or sheriff of the county by up to ten percent (Secs. 1-3). - Increases the salaries of members of the Mississippi judiciary as follows (Sec. 8):
