Vote to adopt an amendment to SB 396 that limits enrollment in virtual charter schools in the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 school years to enrollment at the beginning of the 2008-2009 school year.

Highlights:
- Excludes siblings of enrolled students or students enrolled in a different virtual charter school in 2008 and their siblings from the enrollment cap. - Allows gradual enrollment increases during and after the 2011-2012 school year. - Requires the legislative audit bureau to perform financial audits on virtual charter schools.
