Title: Banning Smoking Public Places

Vote to pass a bill that bans smoking in buildings and enclosed areas frequented by the public.

Highlights:
- Prohibits smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars, places of entertainment, education facilities and recreational facilities (sec.1). - Excludes private homes, cars, private clubs, certain motel rooms, specialty tobacco stores, tobacco manufacturers and designated rooms in nursing homes and long-term care facilities (sec. 1). - Allows for local smoking regulations that meet or exceed the minimum regulations provided in this bill (sec. 1).
