Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill permitting low-stakes gambling in bars and taverns and defining gambling regulations in other venues.

Highlights:
- Sets limits for prize money awarded in gambling games as follows: - No more than $5,000 in total prizes for one game; - No more than $599 as a single prize for a winning ticket. [Art. 36 (Ch. 5) (Sec. 5)(b)]. - Defines Type II gambling games as pull tab, punch board or tip board games [Art. 36 (Ch. 2) (Sec. 20)]. - Requires that at least 75% of the amount wagered in Type II gambling games be paid out, except when the ticket cost less than $1 [Art. 36 (Ch. 5) (Sec. 6)(a)]. - Requires that at least 60% of the amount wagered in Type II gambling games be paid out if the ticket cost at least 10 cents, that at least 65% of the amount wagered be paid out if the ticket cost at least 25 cents or was sold as 'three tickets for one dollar', and that at least 70% of the amount wagered be paid out if the ticket cost at least 50 cents [Art. 36 (Ch. 5) (Sec. 6)(b)]. - Imposes an excise tax on the distribution of Type II gambling games in the amount of 10% of the price of the games purchased by a retailer [Art. 36 (Ch. 9) (Sec. 1)]. - Defines a tavern as a part of a licensed premises which generates most of its income from the sale of alcohol and does not admit minors [Art. 36 (Ch. 2) (Sec. 18)]. - Limits the total amount awarded to patrons who participate in a raffle or winner take all drawing from exceeding $300 [Art. 36 (Ch. 5) (Sec. 1)(c)(2)]. - Restricts Type II gambling games, raffles and winner take all drawings from being offered in any part of the retailer's licensed premises in which a minor may be present [Art. 36 (Ch. 5)(Sec. 2)(b)].
