Title: Workplace Smoking Ban

Highlights:
- Requires "no smoking" signs to be conspicuously placed at the entrances to, as well as inside of, every building and area where smoking is prohibited, and requires all smoking paraphernalia to be removed from any nonsmoking areas (Sec. 12603). - Requires employers and food service establishments to adopt and prominently post a written nonsmoking policy (Sec. 12606). - Establishes a maximum fine of $100 for first-time violations and a maximum fine of $500 for each subsequent violation (Sec. 12611).
