Vote to invoke cloture on the motion to take up debate on a bill that provides $70.00 billion in emergency supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense.
- Appropriated the following supplemental emergency appropriations:
- $8.65 billion for military personnel;
- $49.20 billion for operation and maintenance;
- $10.45 billion for procurement; and
- $575.70 million for the Defense Health Program.
