Title: Internet Gambling Bill
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits Internet gambling through the use of any communication of information that assists in planning bets, credit cards, checks, drafts, and funds transfers and also establishes a five year prison sentence for those who knowingly violate this law.
- Excludes the horse racing industry from the ban (Sec. 105).
- Requires cooperation between the US and other countries in identifying unlawful internet gambling operations (Sec. 301).
