Vote to pass a bill that increases the cigarette tax in the state of Illinois.

Highlights:
- Increases the tax on cigarettes to be paid by retailers by $0.90 per pack (Sec. 10). - Increases the tax on cigarettes to be paid by users by $0.90 per pack (Sec. 15). - Allocates 28.57 percent of new revenue to the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund and 70.86 percent to the Pension Stabilization Fund (Sec. 10). - Allows the counties of Lake, McHenry, Kane, DuPage and Will to implement an additional $1.00 tax per pack. The revenue may only be used for the public health and safety of that county (Sec. 20).
