Title: Collective Bargaining for Public Safety Officers

Vote to pass a bill that requires states to allow collective bargaining for public safety officers.

Highlights:
  • Defines public safety officer as "an employee of a public safety agency who is a law enforcement officer, a firefighter, or emergency medical services personnel," including individuals who are "temporarily transferred to a supervisory or management position" (sec. 3).
