Vote to pass a bill that bans ammunition magazines with capacities exceeding ten rounds of ammunition.

Highlights:
- Bans the manufacture, possession, delivery, sale, and purchase of large capacity ammunition feeding devices (sec. 5). - Allows for continued possession by current owners of such devices, as well as licensed federal firearms dealers, current and retired law enforcement officers, corrections officers, active duty members of the United States Armed Forces, qualified sport shooters for competition purposes, and wildlife hunters, effective at time of passage (sec. 5).
