Vote to pass a bill that requires certain cities and towns in Central Arizona to institute controls on air particle pollution.

Highlights:
-Requires parking areas in non-residential areas with four or fewer units to be built with dustproof methods by April 2008 (sec. 1). -Forbids the use of all vehicles on unpaved surfaces that are not public or private roads (sec. 2) -Requires gasoline sold in Arizona to meet either federal or California standards (sec. 12). -Prohibits the use of leaf blowers when the Department of Environmental Quality declares a high pollution advisory day, and bans the blowing of landscape debris into streets at any time (sec. 1). -Requires vehicles carrying heavy loads to have those loads safely secured (sec. 2). -Forbids wood burning on any declared high pollution advisory day, with exceptions for approved wood stoves or fireplaces (sec. 3). -Prohibits the use of all-terrain vehicles and other off-road vehicles on any declared high pollution advisory day (sec. 8)
