Vote to adopt a resolution that proposes a constitutional amendment that addresses adequate standards of funding for public education.

Highlights:
- Provides that, upon passage, the constitutional amendment will be posed to the citizens of New Hampshire in the form of a ballot referendum in November 2008, to be passed upon the approval of 2/3 of citizens voting [Sec. II-VI].

NOTE: AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION REQUIRES 3/5 MAJORITY APPROVAL IN EACH CHAMBER FOR PASSAGE. IT MUST THEN BE APPROVED BY 2/3 OF CITIZENS VOTING IN THE NEXT ELECTION TO BE ENACTED.
