Vote to pass a bill that provides for funding for highways and other purposes.

Highlights:

- Requires counties with a population greater than 100,000 to distribute 60% of the local ad valorem tax to the State Highway Fund by July 1, 2012 (sec. 47). - Sets up separate county accounts to hold revenue from the taxes outlined in this bill, to be maintained by the State Highway Fund, for the purpose of “construction, reconstruction, improvement, and maintenance” of highways without acting as a supplement to funding already in existence. (sec. 47.6). - Limits licenses for dealers, suppliers, exporters, and transporters of motor fuels and special fuels to one year (secs. 15, 36).
