Vote to pass a bill that requires voters to present some form of government-issued photo identification in order to vote.

-Allows voters who do not have a form of photo identification to sign a statement under oath affirming their identity and their right to vote, and allows to these voters to cast provisional ballots until their identity can be confirmed (sec. 1). -Provides that a false statement under oath regarding one’s voting status is punishable as a felony (sec. 1).
