Vote to pass a bill that requires physicians to perform an ultrasound before performing an abortion.

Highlights:
-Requires that a physician performing an abortion review the ultrasound with the patient, but does not require that the patient view the ultrasound image (Sec.1). -Stipulates that bill must pass each house with a two-thirds majority to take immediate effect, otherwise the bill takes effect September 1, 2007 (Sec.3).
