-Allows the judge to place drug possession offenders in community supervision programs (sec. 2).
-Describes the qualifying community supervision programs as including faith-based programs, outpatient treatment, halfway houses, narcotic replacement therapy, drug education courses, and inpatient treatment (sec. 2).
