Vote to pass a bill that allows landlords to charge early termination fees for breached rental agreements.

Highlights:
-Defines “early termination fee” as a fee charged by a landlord when a rental agreement is breached, and is included in the rental agreement signed by the tenant (sec. 1).” -Allows the landlord to charge an early termination fee which is equal to less than two months rent, in addition to fees for any damages and unpaid rent for the month (sec. 2).
