Vote to pass a bill that allows for gambling at charity events. The bill also provides for increased funding and legislation to crack down on illegal gambling.

Highlights:

-Transfers $41,666 to the state gambling enforcement fund (Sec. 2). -Allows for the issuing of annual charity game night licenses, which allows approved non-profit organizations to host gambling events (Sec. 19). -Establishes a new state office of Special Prosecuting Attorney for Gambling Enforcement, which will have the authority to file charges relating to gambling or racketeering if the county attorney does not file charges 90 days after he or she receives information regarding the crime (Sec. 43). -Declares the act an emergency, effective immediately (Sec. 55).
