Title: Florida Unborn Victims of Violence Act

Vote to pass a bill that changes the law concerning crimes against unborn children.
-Changes the term "viable fetus" to "unborn child," which is defined with regards to homicide laws as a human at any stage of development within the womb (Sec. 2).
-Defines murder of an unborn child as the killing of an unborn child by injury to the mother, regardless of whether the person committing the offense knew the victim was pregnant or intended to harm the unborn child (Sec. 3).
