Vote to pass a bill that makes a Major League Baseball franchise that has been in the state since 1993 eligible for funding for the construction of a new stadium.
- Requires an applicant for funding for a new facility to play 90 percent of its home games in the state. Requires franchises that fail to do so to return funding to the state (sec. 1).
