Vote to pass a bill that expands the number of state-operated gambling facilities.
Highlights:
- Defines gaming zones as consisting of Wyandotte, Ford, Sedgwick/Sumner, and Crawford/Cherokee counties [sec.1(f)], and authorizes the Kansas lottery to operate one lottery gaming facility in each gaming zone [sec.3(a)].
