Title: Student Clubs Amendments

Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that changes the regulations for school clubs.
Highlights:
- Limits elementary schools to curricular clubs only and allows secondary school governing bodies to limit the authorization of clubs to curricular clubs only (sec. 5)
- Provides guidelines by which schools authorize use of their facilities for clubs including the ability to give priority to curricular clubs over noncurricular clubs (sec. 9).
- Prohibits schools from spending of public funds on noncurricular clubs (sec. 9).
- Requires written parental consent for involvement in curricular and noncurricular clubs (sec. 11).
