Title: Stem Cell Research Hope Act of 2007

Vote to pass a bill that promotes stem cell research for treatment of diseases, using only naturally dead embryos.
Highlights:
- Amends the Public Health Service Act so that research is conducted without the destruction, discarding, or risk of injury to other human embryos by using only stem cells that are naturally dead (Sec. 3).
