Title: Medical Assistance and Prescription Drug Amendment
Vote to adopt an amendment that requires the Federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP) for fiscal year 2006 to be at least 0.1 percent in Delaware and Michigan, 0.3 percent in Kentucky and 0.5 percent in all other states. It also allows enrollees in Medicaid managed care to continue to receive prescription drug rebates.
