Title: National Service Educational Awards Amendment
Vote to table an amendment that ensures funding for existing programs such as the college work-study program, the supplemental educational opportunity grant program, the State student incentive grant program, and the Perkins loan program remain funded at least equal to the levels they were in 1993 as a prerequisite for any funding going to begin the National Service Educational Awards program.
