Vote to adopt an amendment that establishes a U.S. policy in regards to Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Highlights:
- Authorizes the U.S. military to use air strikes against Bosnia-Herzegovina forces if United Nations designated safe areas are attacked or threatened. - Instructs the President to seek the lifting of the international arms embargo against Bosnia-Herzegovina by coming to an agreement with NATO countries. - Prohibits the use of U.S. ground troops in Bosnia-Herzegovina unless authorized by Congress.
