Vote to adopt a resolution that condemns the abuse of Iraqi prisoners and expresses empathy for those prisoners.
Urges the Secretary of the Army to fully investigate allegations of abuse and to hold accountable individuals responsible for violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
