Vote to pass a bill that would establish a National Intelligence Director and create a National Counter-terrorism Center (NCTC).
- Defines the responsibilities of the National Intelligence Director, which include unifying the intelligence community, directing the NCTC, developing interagency counter-terrorism plans, and serving as the head of the intelligence community (Sec. 102).
