- $16.93 billion for science, aeronautics, and technology programs.
- $9.64 billion for space shuttle operations, safety and performance upgrades, and payload and utilization operations.
- $7.70 billion for mission support.
- $6.90 billion for the International Space Station.
- Prohibits further funding for the Trans-Hab, which is an inflatable space structure designed for use by astronauts living on International Space Station.
- Prohibits further funding for the Triana Program, which would allow for the study of solar energy patterns and global climate.
