Vote to adopt a concurrent resolution to allow the deployment of American troops to Kosovo as part of a NATO peacekeeping mission.

Highlights:
  • Requires that the number of U.S. troops deployed not exceed 15 percent of the total of NATO forces in Kosovo, unless the President notifies Congress that U.S. forces or citizens are in danger.
