Defense- Military:

  • Requires the President to report to Congress an estimated total cost of all U.S. activities in Bosnia since December 1, 1995, including military, humanitarian, and reconstruction expenses, no later than 60 days after the inauguration of this Act.
  • $1.45 billion for operations and maintenance, including $1.43 billion for the Overseas Contingency Operations Transfer Fund.

  • $7.49 million for the Bureau of Land Management.
