Vote to adopt a concurrent resolution directing the President to remove U.S. troops from the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina by June 30, 1998.

Highlights:

  • Recognizes that under Article I, Section 8, of the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the sole power to declare war, and that a state of war has not been declared in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
