Vote to pass a resolution that expresses congressional support for U.S. forces carrying out missions in Bosnia-Herzegovina and authorizes the President to fulfill his commitment to deploy such forces for approximately one year.

Highlights:
- Requires the President to verify that the mission of the armed forces is to: implement the military provisions of the NATO Military Annex agreement, establish a military balance to enable Bosnia-Herzegovina to provide for its own defense, and to provide arms and training to Bosnia-Herzegovina. - Directs the President to submit reports to the Congress on efforts to enable the Federation of Bosnia to provide for its own defense.
