Title: Admission of Evidence Seized Without a Warrant in Certain Conditions

Vote to pass a bill that relaxes the exclusionary rule by allowing evidence to be used in court if the police had a justifiable reason for obtaining the evidence without a search warrant.

Highlights:

- Bars the exclusion of evidence obtained as a result of a search or seizure carried out under "circumstances justifying an objectively reasonable belief that it was in conformity with the Fourth Amendment." - Prohibits the exclusion of evidence because the evidence was obtained in violation of a statute, administrative rule or regulation, or rule of procedure unless exclusion is expressly authorized by statute or by a rule the Supreme Court prescribed. - Declares that this act does not apply to a search or seizure carried out by, or under the authority of, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, or the Internal Revenue Service.
